This is a 5 kilo+ Brown Trout caught in Sweden by Max Beijer of Stockholm on his custom 9' 4pc. 6 weight.

Yes, that's right!  This is the third 5 kilo+ Brown Trout caught by Max in the same evening!   Judging from the length of these fish beside the fly rod tells me they are all around 28 inches or so long!  Looks to me like I need to take a trip to Sweden!  





Friend David Finkel on his first trip to Ridley Creek.  This was his first cast fish, and he had landed three trout before I even made it to the water!  Great job David!


Ridley is a beautiful stretch of trout water, even in freezing temps and downpours. (above)
